1.1 Printer Overview

The Unimark Express Tag 6000 is a small, fast, and versatile thermal printer. The unit is designed to fit into

a ticket or gate counter, kiosk, or curb-side podium. It can also sit on a countertop, requiring only a mini-

mum amount of space.

The unit’s transport mechanism accepts a variety of stock widths, allowing it to be used for printing bag-

gage tags, boarding passes, and cargo labels. An optional roll stock mount is available.

The unit has an eight-key front panel with four status LEDs and a 2X20-character display. When the unit is

in the online state, the arrow keys can be used to vary the display’s contrast and intensity.
